Mike Pritchard Motors, like Paul Packham who services my car, doesn’t advertise and doesn’t really need to do so; referrals keep the workshop busy.

Having been on the road several years, my car had developed a minor rust problem around its wheel arches and Paul recommended MPM, based near Sherfield English, Romsey. It was a few weeks before they could fit me in, although I was in no hurry.

My car was in the workshop for three days, during which time I was able to use a Ford Fiesta provided by MPM as a courtesy car. On collecting my car at the weekend, I was very impressed by the job done. Plates had been welded in to replace the corroded metal, with the resprayed paintwork blended  seamlessly with the surrounding panels. It took six shades of paint and lacquer to achieve the optimal match.

Not only that but, having told me when I delivered my car that he wouldn’t have enough time to remedy a large scratch on my front bumper that I mentioned,  Colin had actually done so. On being presented with a bill in line with what we agreed several weeks previously – and then finding that there was no VAT to pay on top – I was very satisfied and impressed.
